Community Living Arrangement (CLA)

CLA residential services provide 24 hour programmatic supports to persons with developmental disabilities living in community homes.

Presently, Network, Inc. has 15 CLA group homes which serve 58 individuals with mild to severe mental retardation, many of whom are behaviorally challenged.  Each individual in our program has specific goals and objectives which are designed by IDT members based on the client’s needs and abilities.  All of our residents are part of the IDT team.  We promote independence and community/recreational activities.  Parents, guardians, family members, neighbors and community members are encouraged to participate and be part of the process of normalization.  Our residents are encourage to acquire the basic skills needed to facilitate movement into the least restrictive settings, both residential and vocational.

Network, Inc. provides a total approach to residential living.  We believe that all human beings have a unique set of strengths, personal characteristics, and individual needs.  This basic recognition of human difference allows us to focus on the total wellbeing of each person we serve.

Supported Living Arrangement (SLA)

Individuals receiving Supported Living services generally require less than 24 hour support.  Staff provide assistance based on individual need.

Network’s Supported Living program encourage each individual to achieve their highest level of independence.  Our supports are defined within the IP (Individual Plan) process.  Specific areas may include but are not limited to: transportation, hygiene, household chores, grocery shopping, finances, and oversight of all medical appointments.  Support categories are endless because they are based totally on individual need and each program is personally developed.

Network, Inc. currently oversees Supported Living program participants as far West as Bristol and East to Danielson.  There are no boundaries to new program development.
